Digital Tickets FAQ

It's very easy!

1. Go to mytickets.musiccenter.org
2. Login using the email address you use for your Music Center account
3. Enter the access code and select "Stay Logged In" to stay logged in for 30 days.

Once in your wallet, you can tap your events or performances to see all the details of your tickets.

No, you do not need to download an app.

Yes, printed tickets and PDF tickets will remain valid and can still be used. We will, however, be phasing out the use of PDF tickets by Summer 2025.

We are continuing to offer printed tickets as an option for ticket delivery. Please contact the box office at (213) 972-0711 to arrange for Will Call pick up or have your tickets delivered via First Class Mail.

No, please do not print out or screenshot your digital ticket. The refreshing QR code keeps your tickets safe and secure and it can only be scanned directly from your mobile device. Screenshots and print outs will not be valid or accepted at entry.
