About 

Divas and Drummers of Compton is a dance and drumline program for inner-city youth that provides weekly performing arts and music education training. As a result of their hard work, dedication, and leadership, Divas and Drummers of Compton were blessed with an opportunity to perform for the NFL Super Bowl 2022 Pre-Game Show at SoFi Stadium as well as during an NBA Los Angeles Lakers Halftime show and a WNBA Sparks Game. A highlight of the Divas and Drummers of Compton was becoming Quarterfinalists on NBC America’s Got Talent. Our goal is to spread love and positivity by exuding confidence through our talents while entertaining and inspiring the community.  

Divas and Drummers of Compton are a part of the 1 Shine Youth Center, a non-profit youth center that provides programming for inner-city youth.
